Terms of Service
By
registering to use the VolunteerFIRST Online Registration System,
I state that I am duly authorized by the 'Organization' listed
to accept
this
agreement
to have
VolunteerFIRST
configure
and provide access to 'VolunteerFIRST' Online Registration System
via the Internet for the term and rate structure as selected below.
Services provided include free email and technical support, free
private online training for one representative from our organization
per year, and initial site configuration. All volunteer management
remains the responsibility of our 'Organization', while 'VolunteerFIRST'
agrees to initially configure the application and provide training
for it's use as an Internet-based Volunteer Registration and Management
Application. This agreement is not binding until counter-accepted
by an authorized officer of VolunteerFIRST, a copy of which will
be returned with application access information.
I further agree that our Organization, it's management, staff,
sponsors and other application users, in consideration of its cost
and the reasonable efforts taken by VolunteerFIRST to provide a
reliable, protected, and economical application for the recruitment
and management of volunteers online, do also agree to hold VolunteerFIRST
harmless from any and all claims resulting from, but not limited
to, the use or misuse of this application. Our Organization further
releases VolunteerFIRST for any temporary interruptions of service,
theft or loss of data, email communications, marketing, legal and
all other related liabilities and expenses.
